To boost ones energy, strength, and stamina and to keep a watch on your weight balance of BMI, it is essential to adapt to a healthy balanced nutrient dieting food. Lowering of the weight from abnormal condition to become fit needs more workouts and some harder diet terms of weight loss programs accompanied with regular gymming or exercising activities.</p>
<p>Natural means of weight loss program is highly recommended as they are more specific and are free from side effects and lasts longer with complete fitness. People go crazy on weight loss programs and definite supplementary products, but they seem to product the effect either with side effects or will show no reaction over expected time or they lose interest and drop their weight loss plans. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Would you get enough magnesium in what you eat? Did you know it could aid the prevention of diabetes? Research suggests diabetes risk may fall as magnesium intake increases.</p>
<p>Dr. Ka He from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and colleagues have realized that men and women who consumed the most magnesium from foods and vitamin supplements were about half as likely to develop diabetes over the next two decades as individuals who took in the least magnesium.</p>
<p>Inside their study, they viewed magnesium intake and diabetes risk in 4,497 men and women aged 18 to 30 years old, none of whom were diabetic in the study&#8217;s outset. During a 20-year follow-up period, 330 of the subjects developed diabetes.</p>
<p>People with the highest magnesium intake were 47 percent less likely to develop diabetes compared to those with the lowest intakes (average of 100 milligrams of magnesium per 1,000 calories).</p>
<p>The study noted, however, that large clinical trials testing the results of magnesium on diabetes risk are needed to determine whether a causal relationship truly exists.</p>
<p>The outcome of the study could explain why consumption of whole grains, which are an excellent source of magnesium, is linked to lower diabetes risk. Although whole grains are a common supply of magnesium, there are many other sources of magnesium to take into account.</p>
<p>Green vegetables including spinach are fantastic sources because the center of the chlorophyll molecule (which gives vegetables their color) contains magnesium. Some legumes (beans and peas), nuts and seeds, and whole, unrefined grains are also good sources.</p>
<p>Regular water can even be a source of magnesium, however the amount varies according to the water supply. Water that naturally contains more minerals is described as &#8220;hard.&#8221;</p>
<p>The proposed motives why an increased intake of magnesium could lower the risk for developing diabetes vary, but according to the National Institutes of Health, Magnesium plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism. It may influence the release and activity of insulin, the hormone that helps control blood glucose (sugar) levels.</p>
<p>The lesson? Increasing magnesium intake might be necessary for improving insulin sensitivity, reducing systemic inflammation, and decreasing diabetes risk.</p>

I know it’s tasty and appealing to most people but losing belly fat and junk food do not work well together. Not only that you need to stop eating junk food but you should combine your physical exercises with a low calories diet. Always remember that in order to lose belly fat you need to start burning the calories in that fat. So eat low calories food, consume all that calories on your workout and then consume the calories in your body fat. Stop eating chips, cookies and other sweet stuff. Most junk food contains really large amounts of carbohydrates and sugar which are bad for your health and look.</p>
<p><strong>No more late night snacks:</strong> Loosing belly fat implies a very strict diet. Late night snacks aren’t in a lose weight diet for sure. If you are having late night snacks stop it! It is not good for your health and look. After you go to sleep there isn’t much activity in your body, so the sugar in your blood will start rising with no energy being consumed. It will all end up on your belly.</p>
<p><strong>No more alcohol:</strong> If you are a drinker try to decrease alcohol consumption. Alcohol helps belly fat gain, especially beer. One ml of alcohol contains 7 calories which are completely useless to human body because alcohol does not contain nutrients at all. The entire number of calories in alcohol will be stored as fat. Try not to drink alcohol every day and when you do limit yourself to one glass of wine or one beer.</p>
<p><strong>Good carbohydrates:</strong> Consumption of carbohydrates is essential but there care good carbohydrates and bad carbohydrates. To get to the point, if you want to lose belly fat you should stay away of white bread, pasta, donuts, cakes, biscuits, to be more exact refined flours which leads to accumulation of fat. The good guys are fruits, vegetables, brown rice, oats and sweet potatoes. You should try to consume only slow release carbohydrates. In stead of white bread eat granary. You shouldn’t consume too many carbohydrates as once because your body does not need metabolize all of them. What isn’t consumed will turn into fat.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise for belly fat loss:</strong> This is probably the most important part of your belly fat loss mission. You need to exercise. There is no other way to do it. You need to exercise and you need to do it everyday. Go to a gym, get a personal trainer or learn it yourself, talk to other people that exercise.</p>
<p>There are many types of exercises that will help you lose belly fat. Make sure to try all of them and combine them until you find what is best for you. Be advised that there are no special exercises for losing belly fat. When you are losing fat you are losing it from all parts of your body not only your belly. There are specific exercises for getting the six pack, but that is after you got rid of the belly fat.</p>

When I decided I need to lose belly fat, I thought sit-ups and crunches will do the job because these exercises make use of the abdominal muscles, so you should use thinner it that area. The truth is that sit-ups and crunches your muscles will improve and will hold belly fat better, so you will look thinner, but you won’t be losing belly fat at all. So, after thousands and thousands of crunches I was seeing very few results. I needed something else.</p>
<p>If you want a long lasting solution that will actually help you to lose belly fat, you need to understand how human body works, how fat is gained and how fat is lost. The most important rule for losing fat is regular exercise. Even if you managed to lose belly fat after a program, if you don’t exercise regularly you will start gaining fat again and your belly will be the first part of your body that will show it. The good part is that it’s also the first part you are going to lose fat too when you start exercising. So, the conclusion is that there are no special “lose belly fat exercises”, just healthy regular exercises.</p>
<p>A good idea is to start a diet along with your exercises. Diets play a very important role in gaining or losing weight in general and belly fat in particular. Exercises only will get you a decent result but the combination of a good died and a good exercising program will give you the full effect and you will be losing belly fat faster. Now, the important word you need to use to is “calories”. To say it simple, you need to burn more calories than you eat, meaning that you will start to burn calories stored in fat. You need to adjust you diet so that the number of calories you eat will be lower than the number of calories you lose during exercises.</p>
<p>Losing belly fat isn’t as hard as you may think. All you have to do is find a fitness program that is fun or maybe a diet that you like so you will enjoy losing weight. This will help you a lot because it will keep you focused on your goal and will give you strength to continue de program you started.</p>
<p>My first advice to you is to be patient. You can’t lose belly fat fast. You need time and hard work. Most people expect to see immediate results therefore they end up stopping halfway trough. So take a steady approach, losing weight isn’t easy and it requires month of exercises. You could start measuring you progress each week and you will be less likely to fail.</p>
<p>Bellow you can find a few tips that will help you achieve your goal and lose belly fat:</p>
<ul>
<li>Do a lot of cardiovascular exercises. Do physical exercises on a regular basis. You don’t need to get into a strenuous exercises program; you need to speed up your heart beats so you will start burning fat. You will start losing belly fat but also fat from all areas of your body</li>
<li>Do abdominal exercises. This type of workout will tighten your abs so you will have a flat midsection and can help you get a six pack after you lose belly fat.</li>
<li>Do not eat late at night. After you go to sleep the food in your stomach isn’t digested anymore and will be converted and stored as fat. It is a good thing to have your good almost digested when you are going to bed.</li>
<li>Last tip is to stay focused on your goal and be patient. If you work hard and follow the guidelines you will be successful.</li>
</ul>
<p>As you can see there is no secret in how to use belly fat. Just do physical exercises daily and eat less or eat low calories food.</p>
<p>Follow these guidelines and you will be losing that belly fat!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most of us are aware of the health benefits of Green Tea.  Green tea is actually the unoxidized tea.  The darker the tea means more of oxidation during processing of tea.  Also, the caffeine content is more.  Due to oxidation process, the nutrients in tea are destroyed.  Green tea is known to increase immune system.  It also delays aging process, etc.  However, as a Dietician the most promising benefit of Green Tea according to me is its role in Weight Loss.</p>
<p>The mechanism by which Green Tea aids in weight loss is complicated but it is believed that Green Tea contains Polyphenols which along with enzymes of our body decrease fat absorption, burns fat, and also increase metabolism.  All the three actions lead to weight loss.  One such polyphenolic compound found in Green Tea is Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).</p>
<p>If you are addicted to tea, then you must shift to Green Tea, which is actually the unoxidized tea.  Green tea contains less caffeine, so lesser calcium will be excreted from the body also.  Green tea will aid in weight reduction, delay aging process, and boost immune system.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Hollywood Diet</strong> also known as <strong>Grape Fruit Diet</strong> or <strong>Mayo Clinic Diet</strong> (however not associated with the Mayo Clinic) is a popular quick weight loss regime developed in 1930 in USA.  Hollywood diet mainly emphasize on consuming Half Grape Fruit or Grape Fruit Juice with every meal.  However the caloric intake per day should be less tan 800 calories.</p>
<p>It is believed that Grape Fruit has a magical substance and when Grape Fruit is consumed with proteins, it triggers fat burning and thereby promotes weight loss.  However the process by which the magical substance burns body fat is unclear.  Generally, Grape Fruit Diet is followed for 12 days and during this period of dieting, the dieter loses 10 pounds approximately.  If the dieter wishes to continue to the weight loss regime, he or she needs to take a break of 2 days and then continue Grape Fruit Diet for 12 more days.  Exercise is suggested by some nutritionist prescribing Grape Fruit Diet.</p>
<p><strong>DOs &amp; DONTs IN GRAPE FRUIT DIET:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Grapefruit juice must be unsweetened.</li>
<li>The dieter must drink plenty of water.</li>
<li>Should drink black coffee.</li>
<li>Can consume eggs and unlimited meat.</li>
<li>Can consume salad dressings, butter, and can even consume fried products.</li>
<li>Cannot consume alcohol.</li>
<li>No starchy vegetables.</li>
</ul>
<p>Although Grape Fruit Diet is very popular but there is no clear scientific base of how grape fruit helps in reducing weight by burning fat.</p>
